Hell's Kitchen, N.Y.C

This traditional walk-up studio in Manhattan’s west side offered tons of natural light and a very large bathroom but very tight living spaces.

With an specific buyer in mind, a staging scheme was created to provide separation between spaces and made the best out of its physical constraints.

Furniture and prop sourcing, staging, painting services,basic electric, custom soft homewares and original artwork complement the installation.

The neutral walls made the space look bigger. The perfect background for a wall-to-wall translucent foldable screen

The custom screen separates the living and sleeping areas without blocking the daylight.

The kitchen cabinets were painted and the ceiling fixture was replaced.

The counter top tiles were grouted and polished.

A draped wall, layered custom soft goods and selected pieces of furniture create a cozy bedroom environment.

All furniture, shelves, wall sconces and ceiling fans were removed. Large wall mirror was kept.

Kitchen cabinets were primed and painted, window shades were added and tiles re-grouted.

The AC unit was relocated and the missing closet door was replaced, giving potential buyers less things to worry about.
