The main area features wood beams, high ceilings and plenty of light and space.

The seating area is furnished with larger pieces in neutral tones.

A balance of comfort and style is created by using a few sizable elements. The tall window panels emphasize the height of the room and the modular coffee table brings a playful touch to the setting.

The artwork and the decorative pillows share bold modern patterns while the rest of the surfaces and materials are kept neutral.

The reading corner catches the best light in the room amongst mid-century inspired pieces like the leather chair and floor lamp.

The custom mantle was created for the fireplace taking clues from the round mirror.

The dining and work station areas as seen from the front area of the room.

The room feels larger thanks to the translucent dining furnishings.

The clever hanging fixture is made out of two table lamp shades put together.

When not used as a work-at-home setting, this piece is quite helpful as an extra serving surface or a bar when entertaining.

A small artist-made concrete bowl filled with emoji erasers brings smiles to the office area.

Meaningful personal items are used to give the staging a personal touch.

The 70's inspired hallway-entrance features a large chrome/glass fixture and a bold colorful runner. The original intimate artwork brings it all together.

The small kitchen is practical and gracious. Besides the new stove, a new countertop, backsplash, window treatment, light fixture, sink and faucet were installed.

The artwork was found upstate NY. The perfect humorous touch to finish the room.

The bedroom is soft and welcoming. The informal staging includes modern patterns, bold colors and a playful sense of comfort.

The small bathroom was updated. New tiles, flooring, light fixture, shower head and hardware were installed. All elements were kept neutral allowing the amusing rug to shine.

All walls were fixed and painted, the fireplace got a new custom mantle and the hearth tiles were faux-finished.

The large Ikea shelf left by the former tenant, was reused into the bedroom bedside surface.

The kitchen before intervention. The stove and sink had seen better days and everything was replaced. Additionally, decorative surfaces were added as well.

The kitchen floor was fixed and faux-finished.

The original bathroom had old school finishes that we loved but unfortunately serious tiles and plumbing issues. All surfaces were replaced and plumbing problems were fixed. We kept the cabinet sink (painted it black and changed the handles) and the medicine cabinet.

The tub was not replaced but it was re-glaced.

At the upstate workshop, custom closet doors and a new mantle were made.

And lastly, all the ceiling and wall fixtures fixtures were replaced.
