Natural textures and colors greet you at the front entrance, featuring a long narrow console table, a round mirror and organic accessories.

The tablescape at the entrance console includes polished black stones and an Indian cast iron tray.

The large social area was staged to conduct business and to showcase the wonderful light, spaciousness and finishes of the units.

The large windows provide plenty of light and open sky. The space is decorated with modern simple lines and natural finishes. Casual elegant comfort and a sense of belonging in the space were the inspiration.

Modern lines, neutral tones and sophisticated shapes complement the airness of the space.

The coffee table is sparsely accessorized with hand-made goods and a nod to one of the local superstars, Edward Hopper.

Indoors, very subtle color details are present in the space via textiles and accessories.

While in the balcony, the citrus yellow chairs and foliage add a splash of color to the setting.

The desk is surrounded by original black and white pictures of Downtown Nyack landmarks mixed with images of the new development.
